Respected Sir,
[Subject: Regarding complaint about Insects, cockroaches, small rats inside the coach, under the seats]
I have been travelling with Indian Railways for the last 50 years and I am travelling regularly every month. My trains are 2953 up and 2904 down. The problem of small insects and cockroaches are very regular, but today it is highly intolerable as they are very huge in number causing high inconvenience to sit or to sleep or even to have meals. On enquiry with the attendants they were not able to provide any INSECT SPRAY to control it at least temporarily. The restrooms of the train basically was cleaned at Ratlam Jn. But inside the coach there was a major problem which was not given any attention. I hereby request you for a speedy action to solve this concern as it would improve the quality service which every passenger expects for. I have also made a written complaint No.11 to THE CHIEF TICKET INSPECTOR (SLEEPER) MUMBAI CENTRAL-WESTERN RAILWAY.
This email is being sent by a co-passenger facing similar situation, infact every passenger. Please contact me at the above mentioned address.

Thank you
