my phone was lost on 12 august, i blocked my sim and give a alternate number to them, on the next day i recieve a call from reprecentative he wanted to know i required sim again or not, i required the same no. so i told to him to dispatch the same no. sim however till now i havent recieve any sim, even the TAT has been miss atleast 6-7 times and they are not giving proper responce,
my cell phone no was 9911598842 this is 3 years old connection, and its billing never less than 1500 hundred, if cant give the service that kind of critical customer than the prepaid customer how can u fait the service of aditya birla group.
