Hello Team,

I am writing this in very pain & despair the suffering that I am going through bcos of the poor service & customer attention provided.

This is with regards to my phone no 080-25701161. The telephony & broadband services on this number have been abruptly discontinued since 18 Feb 2012 morning. Service requests 523 on 18 Feb 2012 & 712 on 21 Feb 2012 have been raised with regards to the same. But to my astonishment & agony no action has been taken. The only thing that I am getting is false & unfulfilled promises from your employees.

I have made 9 calls to Mr Kulkarni (********68), but I only get false hopes. 26 Calls have been made to Mr Lokesh (********24), but most of the time the phone is either switched off, out of coverage area, not reachable or busy. With too many calls made Mr Lokesh visited my residence on Saturday afternoon 2 PM (after 1 week of lodging the complaint). He assured me that the services will be up in next 1 hour. But, to my utmost astonishment the services never got restored.

I called him on same day evening & he told it will be done on Sunday afternoon, but again a false promise. Now his mobile is switched off since yesterday evening. I have made so many calls to Mr Kulkarni & Ms Geetha, but with no resolution till now, I have lost all the hopes with your services.

I am loosing on my office work immesnly, as I have to give a 24*5 coverage to my worldwide customers. I dont get any concession from them for any reason. I am loosing on their trust as well. This is impacting my business & impression with my clients as I am not able to help them in their time of need.

I am without the service for 12 days in a row now, but I am sure I wont get any discount on my monthly bills. This shows how much customer satisfaction is provided & guaranteed by you. I will definitely break a coconut once the services on my landline & broadband are restored.

Expecting will be a wrong word, but still will be waiting to get the services restored as & when you people feel to oblige me with your services.
