While travelling from Delhi to Jodhpur from Mandore Exp. Train no.2461 I have been allotted berth no 43 and 45 near to entrance in A/C 2 Tear Coach No. 9308. It was found that the wooden door in side the coach was not working properly it was making a loud noise reason being the door closer affixed with the wooden door was not fixed properly neither it was in working order nor it was properly affixed with screw/bolt. When informed to concerned T.T. and attendant they said that you may complaint but the complaint book was not provided at the Delhi station, we also requested them to get it repair but no positive response was given. Secondly the bed sheet supplied to us was dirty as well as the napkin (towel) was also not provided.
Finally after reaching the destination i.e.at Jodhpur complaint was lodged to Station Master and they have given back the receipt of complaint which is enclosed for your ready reference.
Right from Delhi to Jodhpur many out of travelled passenger moved out & in and every time it was making a loud noise resulting I could not sleep whole night and had mentally injured. So finally due to the inconveniency held to me, the N/W Railway Management is fully liable. I request you to please return me the fair charged for facilities to be provided by Indian Railway.
