Sony Ericsson - service center people told me that the mobile was not able to repair

I met the sony ericssion service people today as many days gone. And today they told me that your u10i couldn\'t be repaired as such i kept a mail for a new mobile as the problem is not rectified. Im not sure wat are they trying to do and i cant wait for many days more so please consider my compliant and do the best as soon as possible and i received your mail and Im happy to say that.. as you requested me the IME number it is 35********39283.
hope you respond soon and make the following requirements done fast.
