DELL India - Service by DELL

I had purchased two laptops from DELL.com through online having service tag no.40DX7N1 and 6FQF8N1.I had tried using the Bluetooth,but it was not working in one laptop having service tag no.When I took the laptop to dell service centre they found that the bluetooth device itself is not present inside the laptop.When I tried to contact the customer care the told they cant help me out in this regard and they didnt also respond properly..Can any body help out in this regard..

Complainant's Goal: I want the bluetooth device to be installed in my laptop..
