I am Manoj V J I am sending an application for getting a credit card 3yrs ago . Application received ,photo,pan card etc sent. Rs.20000/- deposited in SBT Mundakkayam Branch Kottayam Dist, but credit card not getting. SBT Manager says kindly submit a certificate if not getting card after that will becomes close the amount.Kindly do the needful. Thanking you
