I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone which was not working properly since the time of its purchase, suddenly one day it was dead, I went to Samsung Service center at Basheerbagh in Hyderabad, they informed me that the phone is liquid logged even though when it is not, so I contacted Samsung support through email, after exchanging a couple of mails they are not ready to listen to customer, I was a loyal Nokia Customer but I switched to Samsung, howevere the build quality of Samsung phones is pathetic, its just the Android OS that keeps it running. Samsung service center makes us feel that it is been running through a third party, they won't do the same with a USA customer. My Galaxy S2 was given for repair on 03-05-2012 its still with the service center, I request authorities to please fix this issue.

You can visit Samsung Mobile India website and try to talk to them on toll free number, you also have a web chat Facility, Once u can able to connect to customer care on toll free just tell them about the problem you are facing and ask them to have a conference call Including You & Your Local Service Center and ask them to provide quick resolution with deadline.
This worked for me couple of times, But I was having other issues- related to software and firmwares.
