I have been regularly going to your Amul stores, near aavkar Hall, Ghodasar Ahmedabad. The incharge name seems to be Manish Bhai. The staff over there is very rude and the incharge seems to have no control. There is no system. The stores is also not very clean. When I told them that I will make your complain, they said you can do whatever you like. Nobody has got any fear of any complain as if they are the owners. Nobody cares about their work and nobody is bothered at all. THis is indeed not expected from a reputed organization like AMUL. The previous contractor was too good. His service was excellent. However it seems that AMUl needs to pay attention on their service part. There has to be a system and atleast the people should have some basic manners how to talk to the customers and how to treat them. Somebody in AMUL has to take this responsibility. The stores cannot be handed over to such rude, unproffessional and incompetent people.
