Personal - Rs.20/- par day

My Idea Cellular Prepaid Number is 09088730238. Rs.20/day is being charged by the cellular company, despite the fact that I have no subscribed "vas pack" the service by sending several SMS to the Company.So many times complaint customer care, no rejal.

May necessary and immediate action be taken to unsubscribe the service at the earliest please.

Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that the charges are charged correct under Value added service value pack activation. However refund for the same cannot be processed as there was no any deactivation request received from activation date. Moreover we request you to kindly call on 12345 for VAS packs activation or deactivation.
