We took flat in the month of June 2010.
I have not yet received NOC for MGL.
Previous Property taxes have not been cleared.
They collected some 13000 odd figure from us as service tax, no such payment have been made, if paid then challan have not been furnished to us.
Inspite following from past almost 10 months no resolution have been taken.
Complainant's Goal: to resolve above mentioned issues
