Deutsche Postbank Home Finance - Reverse the extra charges for cheque bounce due to lack of communication 4m com.

I have home loan with your Birla Home Finance now known as Deutschepostbank. Initially when I applied for loan and got the letter from the company I learned that the company is weak at operation front. So they do not creat any problem for me I visited the Branch Manager and ask for details like when the cheques will come for clearance, what in case i want to pay the full amount, etc. And twice had asked the branch manger that let me know the EMI date in advance. But i never heared from her and cheque got bounce, immediately I contacted the branch manager- Niyati Shah and she told me that they will agair reprsent the cheque and so the system will not show it as cheque bouce case. But it didnt happen and company charge me for that.

As I said earlier that they weak in opertion, again there was no response to my complains though I had put it on mail. Second time they told me that the cheque will come for clearance on 28th and instead of that it came on 20th so again the cheque got bounce.

I do have all the records of the mails written to the company branch manger as well as the customer care. But they don\'t seem to pay attention to it.



In both the above cases it was company’s fault and pure negligence. I request from the company to reverse the extra charged for those cheque bounce case.

I do have all the records of the mails sent to the customer care and the branch manager.

2) I would also like to know what is the TAT for customer care of Deutschepostbank. As I had experience the same thing with the company in past where no one revert on the issue.
