Mr Janardan Tirpathi ( M- 0********09 ) have purchased the Duel SIM Nokia phone from M/s Jai Ma Durga Agencies opp SJS School Kutchery road Rae Bareli on dated 30th August 2012 . The details are as under ,

Mobile details : Model No N-XI -01

IMEI : 30********1806


The Nokia hand got faulty within the warranty period . One SIM was not working . It was then given for repair to the Customer care & Service ( GOEL & COMPANY RAE BARELI ) .
But it was returned w/o repair .
