Unfortunately I had to write this complaint letter to you. I bought Discover 100 cc bike in 2010 March with an objective that there is no maintainance cost involved like other companies bikes but I failed in my opinion. My bike is recently gone for paid servicing in Dombivali Service centre (Kanchan Bajaj (contact no: 02516509861)) where I came to know that there is a repair work involved in the block system some how which I did and spent near about Rs. 4000/- after it and the surprise is even after having it repaired and tolerating this high cost of approximately 10% cost of the bike, after a span of approximately 15 days from the date of servicing today again it got work less. Now the bike is having mileage of just 20 kmpl. Also the packing of the block system in not placed properly and so the engine oil is emitting out of the engine. How poor the quality of Bajaj bike has become compare to earlier versions.
In view of the above, I have realised that there is no proper parts being provided at Bajaj Service centre and also in new bikes such incident is happening which is very shameless. With in a span of 1.5 years I have spent approximately 7000/- on my bike. The company is claiming an average of 100 kmpl on highways where as I am only getting 20kmpl on highway. Hence pls take a serious call and replace me with a new bike immediately. Pls note if such serious steps are not undertaken by your end within 1 week I am left with no other option than to lodge a complaint in consumer board and with the help of my contacts I will escalate this matter to the CEO of the company and even media. There is no reason for a 1.5 year old bike to get damaged like this. This is very shocking. I am herewith claiming that the parts used by Bajaj company are not genuine, the products that we purchase from Bajaj are not genuine and the customer is left with only hassle where customer pay for hassles and mistakes of others.
I expect a quick revert in this matter by tomorrow i.e. 21-9-11 EOD itself. Immediately replace my bike with a new one, or a better product and an absolutely good product or return me my money back.

My bajaj bike is working ausome giving me about 80kmpl in city area. If you put duplicate parts bought outside bajaj auto dealers then u are in trouble.
If your bike is really not working properly, what are you doing from the last 1.5 years. you would have brought this into limelight before. bajaj won't replace bike after using it over 1 year (how dumb are you to expect this) if you go in court, you will be questioned that ' if the matter is so serious what are you doing from the last 1 year?'
