This is to bring in your kind attention that I purchased Renault KWID on 28 Nov 2016 and on 9 Dec 2016 it got breakdown due to some technical reason which was not disclosed by Renault faridabad in bata chowk and there was an employee name dinesh who said this issue will not occur in future and that was the only time I told them to DOA but they promised the same and denied .When this incident happened I was with my family in evening so you can understand the reason .Today 01022018 same issue occur when I raised the complaint they reached after 1 and half hour as the distance was only 2-3 km from their showroom and today when I asked miss kavita about the reason no one is able to tell me the reason why this happened and today also I was travelling with my family .So I just need this to be returned back to them and I need my money back in any case . .No one is providing reason why this is happened so it's better to replace .
