I have a credit card account with standard charted bank. I am a corporate user hence not liable to pay the annual charges of Rs.2000. I called the phone banking people to remove the charges last year and they haven\'t yet done that till date. I have applied for car loan and it got rejected as my name is listed in CIBIL. Now they are asking me to pay the amount with interest. I contacted alot of people at Standard chatered and they asked me to close the account by paying this amount. Why should i pay when im a corporate user. They fooled me while asking me to apply for the card saying annual charges will not be applied. Please help me !!!

Complainant's Goal: To remove my name from CIBIL without paying any amount to Standard Chartered
Complainant's Target: Standard Chartered Bank
