Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance not keeping their word of returning falsely deducting amount

I had registered a complaint few days back against Reliance Communication regarding falsely deducting amount for miss call alerts. My number is ********99. In response to that I got the call from Reliance communication. The lady name was Sunita who spoke to me and told that she will return the falsely deducted amount and I have received one message with (Request No. 13518311) and it was written that your request will be resolved in 2 Days which is not done yet,
I dont know when they have promised to return the amount why they are not doing the same? Is this the service given by reliance to fool the customer?
Complainant's Goal: I want my money back with penalty as they have not kept their words
