Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance not giving back falsely deducted Rs. after complaint is done

As per the previous complaint I have made regarding falsely deducting amount of miss call alert for my mobile no.********99 I have received one more call from reliance from Mr Dipak. In the conversation he told that mistake is from my side. I dont know how the mistake is from my side as I dont the message for activation of miss call alert. Is there some alien who is sending message from my mobile. In my first conversation I was asked what is the amount deducted from my account and the lady only said the amount and told that it(amount) will be reverted back to my mobile.
This is not expected from company like Reliance.

Dear Esmail,

We spoke on the phone with you. As per our discussion, you were informed that amount cannot be posted as per SR resolution.

Moreover,you were communicated through sms that system has been verified for the disputed amount and you have been correctly charged for the Miss Call Alert facility used.

Hence the decrement in the balance is correct as per the Miss Call Alert usage made by you.Hope this has helped resolve your issue to your satisfaction.
