Reliance Communications Limited - reliance gsm- biggest fraud

Hello this is sameer pandey and my reliance gsm number is +91-9019192609. i have been facing balance deduction problems several times and whenever i tried to register any complaint, i never got any sort of positive response. Following are the excuses that i get from reliance executives/supervisors/team managers:

= application down please call us after 2hours
=service has been activated from customer end through RWORLD and nothing can be done for it

And this time these people have crossed their limits as i approached their nodal officers, regional officers and the highest authority that a customer can approach to register a complaint!! But no response from their end (as usual).

Well i am going to post here few screenshots which is really going to make reliance people feel ashamed of themselves.
It all started from 22nd evening at around 8pm when i dialed *777# (service from reliance where customer can activate offers. this kind of USD dialing self service is provided by every telecom company) after dialing *777# i selected 2nd option which clearly says that by activating this service the customer will be able to make all STD/local calls at 1ps/second for the next one year.. Now this is the important point from where it all started. i selected that option and immediately my 29rs got deducted and i got message that PAY PER SECOND plan has been activated. But it was something else!!! What these people had activated was 1.2ps/second plan!! According to which it'll be 72 ps per minute!! (Why would i want that, i mean before i had 60ps/minute plan) fine. After this i called up customer care on 198 for asking why they activated some other service when I requested something else. They said me there's no such plan available anymore.i.e 1ps/sec plan. i said ok i need my previous plan back as YOU PEOPLE HAVE PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION IN *777# they said ok sir we'll take complaint - 170767709. But they neither activated 1ps/second call nor did they give the balance back. That night i had called 198 some 4-5 times as i was not getting proper response from them and i wanted my previous plan of 60ps/minute back. i spoke to so many supervisors that night and when i had called for some 4th or 5th time there was an executive who was speaking in Hindi. His speaking style was totally unprofessional and when i asked him that is this the way you deal with customers? he started using bad language(slang) even i reverted him back with the same good words and he said me in Hindi "tu pachtayega" that means he'll make me suffer.(i don't remember his name as i had spoken to so many executives that night) lol. Reliance people have started giving threat to their customers!!

After registering complaint i slept off and the next morning. i.e. on 23rd January, i get up and i see 9 unread messages. All of them saying that you caller tune is activated; MBP5, MBP51, message pack, and many other services have been activated!! i was shocked like how can they activate anything by themselves and when i raised question, this is the answer what i got from their end = "SORRY SIR THESE SERVICES HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED FROM YOUR END, YOU HAD DIALLED SOME NUMBERS SO THESE SERVICES ARE ACTIVATED AND WE CANT DO ANYTHING" !! Lol just tell me one thing reliance people.. When am already having a gprs pack and a 39rs message pack (which was renewed around 7-8 days back) and i had deactivated my caller tune 2 weeks back THEN WHY WOULD I ACTIVATE ALL THESE SERVICES AGAIN?????? I mean what will i do keeping 5 message packs or activating gprs so many times? Does that make any sense?? fine even if am going mad and late night am getting up and dialing these numbers and activating these useless services, then i have not yet used them. Please deactivate them and try to get my balance back!! But they did not do that also. This all happened on 22nd night and early morning after knowing these all things my whole day was spoilt!!

The whole day of 23rd i kept struggling with their customer representatives to get the reason for these deductions but they said just one thing > "sir our application is down i would request you to please call me after sometime". evening i visited their mobile store which is situated in Hassan, M/S. HARSHA TELELINKS [MINI RMS], SHOP NO 3, NAGAPADMA COMPLEX, SHANKAR MUTT ROAD, KR PURAM, HASSAN KARNATAKA 573201. and that bug was not knowing to speak English so my friend translated his language to me and said that he's saying that he has not done anything wrong and i could see the fear in his face with the action he was making with his hand i felt that am a police guy and he is some thief who was literally about to cry. Lol i just left that store laughing all the time I mean his face was coming to my mind and i could not stop my laugh lol.. Well night came and i slept off. Next day 24th January am getting up and 6 unread messages!!!! Each of them saying that you caller tune, MBP5, MBP51, message pack, and many other services have been activated. And when am calling 198, they are telling that sir these services have been auto renewed. i said is that supposed to be auto-renewed every day ??????And then i called up nodal officer seeking for help and they said me that SORRY SIR THE APPLICATION IS DOWN. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CALL UP AFTER HALF AN HOUR"

lol lol lol reliance lol. I know reliance people won't trust my words so am pasting some screenshots that i took from nokia PC suite which covers those comedy messages sent by reliance. next morning i did not had any deduction but i saw that they had posted 66 rs in my account. i was like they have deducted around 300 rs till now and unwanted call rates have been set and this is what am getting !! and since then am calling up their regional officers and they say they'll check with their back end and get back to me. rehana, shweta, nafeesa = these are regional officers with whom i have spoken till now ( i remember their names since they are only 3 in numbers and they spoke properly with me , without giving THREAT !! )

last night i came back to Bangalore from Hassan and i changed my phone to NOKIA 1100 basic set and last night itself at around 11pm or so there was a deduction of 650 rupees !!!!!! i called up customer care 198 and spoke to some senior supervisor. his name was KHAN and he said i have used RWORLD and taken an yearly subscription of some pack.. i don't even know what that pack is and how can i surf RWORLD from my BLACK AND WHITE FONE ??? and he was giving filmy dialogues lol i just enjoyed the interaction with him last night he said he has mailed to their higher back end and they'll post my balance back.. i said him dude i know how much you people are going to post the balance just temme which is the final authority a customer can approach with their grievance and he gave me reliance store address but since today is 26 January all offices will me closed i thought of filing complaint online and if still my balance is not given back am going to visit the reliance store :) and ill make them realize that am really frustrated.

Yeah the FINAL thing. 22nd evening around 6:30 pm i had balance of 1858 (one thousand eight hundred fifty eight rupees only) and the balance now am having is 829 (eight hundred twenty nine rupees only) and i have no idea where did my thousand rupees go ?? ??? reliance has to answer my question !! Because THIS MONEY IS EARNED FROM DAY AND NIGHT WORK AFTER PUTTING SO MUCH OF BLOOD AND SWEAT and it should nut be eaten away like that so easily !
