Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance Communication told to return falsely deducted amount which is not done

I have submitted complaint Regarding falsely deducting amount from my mothers mobile no. 0********99 for which I have got call from Reliance Communication. I have talk to lady name Ms Sita and she told that she will return all the amount which was falsely deducted into my mobile back in 2 days. Now it is already 4-5 days and still I havent recieve a single rupee.
Is Reliance fooling their customers? Is this the service given by reliance?
