Hi ,
Long time back I was continuing with Postpaid Reliance Netconnect (********27) plan. But in the month of April, 2013, I have requested to cancel the plan and close the service. For this I have traveled to nearest web center “Jade Arcade, Opposite Paradise Restaurant, MG Road, S D Road, Secunderabad – 500026”. As by them, I need to pay the current month subscription charge + 7 days extra charge, because it takes 7 days more time to close the service. I had paid the full money including subscription charge + 7 days extra charge. Few days after I got a call from customer care and giving me an offer of 2G plan for free for 2 months. As I was having other services with me , I specifically told them “NO”. But later after I got a Legal notice from Reliance asking to pay 2 month subscription charges. I didn’t understand and I visited to the same reliance web world and enquire with them. They told it was by mistake happened and put a mail to backend team. Here is the mail

Spoke to Customer Miss.Anitha......... On alt no.********13��. Regarding the Cancellation for her MDN No.********27...... customer said she have prajent no usage the HSD device, so that the reason so she is gave Cancellation,,, so we reuqested to continue and also offered her 2GB@3months plan, then she is agreed to continue the service,,, prajent activate the 2GB@3months,,, Hence closing the case................Retention status : Retained...............

After the mail, we tried to connect with them but there was no response. Mr.Ramesh told us to enquire to the nearest branch “Plot No 8, Next To Heritage Fresh, Opp Botanical Garden, Kondapur, Hyderabad – 500084” for further details. For the same I visited the store and told them all the details again. They put a message to their backend team again and told me they will give a call 1ce they will receive any response. I was waiting for a long days but there was no response. Then again I visited the store on 30-Aug-2013, the story starts again from beginning. They put a message again to the backend team and asked me to wait for 2 more days. I was totally got frustrated with the service. Then I thought, as I waited for long time why not for more 2 days. Then after still I didn’t receive any call from them. In between Reliance has registered a case against me with the case reference DLA234/13 and I got a call from court to settle the full bill. I rush to the service center for the same by leaving all my urgent meetings from office to enquire the same. When I enquired, there was no response from backend team for my queries. I didn’t have any hope from them and I paid the full amount because for that time I thought to close the legal case from court. I asked them the mail copy which they have sent to their backend team to register a consumer complain on them but they denied giving me. I have only one mail reference from Paradise center which I have attached above.
Being a problem from Reliance, I got suffered a lot, got a legal case, spend money as well as my time but there was no result. At the end I am customer who got suffered a lot. I need a strict action on them. Please help me out. I am not only the customer who got suffered from Reliance , but there are lots many people who have the same sort of issues but could not able to reach to right channel to share their problems. Here are the people from reliance who have attended our calls

2. Imran khan, Shiv prasad, Sateesh C(Kondapur)
Please take a strict action on them. I will be waiting for the result. Please let me know If I can give you more proof/Informations.
