vacating of house - Regarding not vacating my house and not paying the rent properly by my tenant

Dear sir/ madam
I have made a agreement with my tenant of 11 months on 01/10/2010 in ghaziabad court which was registered by omprakash singh advocate whose reg. no. is 1680. In the agreement it is clearly mention that the tenant have to pay the rent on or up to 07th of the month. but he paid me properly up to 3 month after that he does not the money to me. when i m calling him he is not answering my phone even he switced off his phone. this is repeatedly going from january 2011. once he told me that i will vacat ur house on 15/02/2011 but when i went to ghaziabad i was not able to contact him. his family told that he is not coming here. i wait for 3 days. but he didnot meet me. even his father misbehave me . his father told me that we are not vacating ur house up to 20years. u go to court. next my tenant told me that i will vacat ur house in march again he waste my time for 5 days. again he told me that on 1/04/2011 he will vacat but he do as previous. again i cam back to rajasthan by wasting my 7days. pls. help me.
