LIC of India - Regarding not received polcy bond Jeevan Saral Plan

Dear Sir / Madam,

I miss Dolly Jain had purchased a LIC`s Jeewan Saral Policy in the last year January, 2010 and the premium was Rs. 48,040/=per year from Rishikesh Distt-Dehradun UttaraKhand by an agent. My policy number is 273036805.

I have got two premium receipts of Rs. 48,040/=each on dated 24/02/2010 and 22/01/2011 But till date I have not received the bond. I told many time to my agent but he is unable to help me every time and can't solve the problem. I'm feeling worried about my bond as a full one year has passed and I have been paid two premium.amount.

You are requested to help me and do needful against my problem and send bond on my following address as soon as possible.
