Bank of Baroda - regarding harasment of bank individual n not including my wife name with my acco

respected sir i have a account in your respective sarigam branch .my account no is - 06250100007488 . sir i wanted to add my wife name with my account number. so i visited sarigam branch with all my wife documents but the concerned official is harassing me again n again and didn't helping me for the above subject. kindly take the note and guide your official and include my wife name with my account i will be grateful to you.
