Dear Sirs,
On 17th may my train was cancelled. I had booked my ticket pnr no.********21, from irctc. So it was not possible for me to get the money refund at the station. I filed tdr for the refund on 23rd may but the money had not been refunded though 11o days are over . After 90 days I once again reminded them to refund but the message came to me that the money had not been refunded from railway.What to do ? Please help me and suggest me the legal way.
