Dear Sir,
This is with reference with PNR number 8400469273 and transaction Id 0225862472. On july 3, 2010 (last yr), the Train Ajad hind express got delayed by 8 hours, so we didnt travel through train and written mail to IRCTC to cancel my ticket and refund the amount.
Its more than 1 year to this case now. Initially railway confirmed me to refund the amount in 3 months. After repetitive reminders from my side, they keep on saying "refund will be provided soon".
Now after an year to this, they are refusing to refund my amount. Isn't it a fraudulent done by railway?
Please tell me what should i do now?
