Respected sir/ Mam ,
I am sorry to say that your services are poor as well as train services . I booked our train tickets from Patiala to Nalgonda for journey dated 05-01-17. We travelled from Patiala to delhi and there we come to know that our train Telangana Express { train no -12724} was delayed by more than 15 hrs. we were total four passengers named Anupama Singla (40) ,Geetansh Gupta (13) Ekta Bansal (39), Hiteshi Bansal (11). We returned our ticket at delhi railway station and they given me ticket deposit receipt no 016362 on dated 6-01-2017 assured the reimbursement through bank payment in my account . But it has been more than six months and I have received nothing. kindly take the appropriate action against concerned guilty authority.

Kindly refund the full amount 11660/- Rs along with interest +compensation on their account as soon as possible , in my account/ cash . The details of my A/c are as below -;
