Offerbeanonline services Pvt Ltd - Refund of Money Rs 3500 from Offerbean company Jaipur

I have ordered an Eyeclops mini projector costing Rs 3500/- on July 6 2011 by online to this company. But due to some custom clearance problems the product has not been cleared for long time. therefore through various conversation by the officials of the company it was decided to cancel the order and they assured me to refund the money within 7 to 10 days in july i.e. upto 25th july 2011. after waiting a long time I contacted them by telephone or by E-mail they are not replying.
