DEAR SIR,
I HV RECD ABOVE LETTER ON 16.03.10 FOR REFUND OF RS.289/- VIE REFUND
NO.005828 DT 16.03.10. AS PER ADVICE I MET WITH SRI BACHACHAN SINGH,
COMMERCIAL OBSERVER/MANAGER EC RLY, CHANDRAPURA, FOR REFUND OF MONEY BUT
HE COMMUNICATED THAT HE HAS NOT RECD, ANY SUCH ADVICE/PAY ORDER.

SIR, 2 MONTHS HAS PASSED, I HV BEEN REGULARLY CHASEDUP WITH SRI B SINGH
MNG CRP RLY BUT HE COVEY THAT UNTIL UNLESS HE WILL NOT RECD PAY ORDER HE
CAN NOT PAY/REFUND ME.

KINDLY ARRANGE TO PROVIDE EC RLY CRP\'S COPY OF PAY ORDER SO THAT I MAY GET
REFUND IN TIME.

I have booked ticket from Jammu to Saharanpur in Himgiri in 2AC on 30 July. Unfortunately train had become late by more than three hour and I am unable to travel in that train as I m single women how I m waiting for train in night. And when I file tdr,they asked for valid EFT date but there is nothing to mentioned that EFT date.So I request you to cancel my ticket and refund my whole amount as I m not travelling in train. My pnr is 21********

Hi,

This is regards to Train no. 12863 -- HWH SMVB EXP -- PNR: ********69 on dated June’30 2023 start time from Howrah was at 10:55pm. This train has been delayed for more that 3 hours and started from Howrah nearly 4:30AM on July’01 2023. I have no idea why my tdr request this has been rejected, as I was there at Howrah station till 3am.

Please check the correct details and process my full refund.
