Said complainee was paid as advance rs 2 lakh via neft on 16/01/2015 for providing villa in scheme" ganga view residency"
near bhadrabad,haridwar, uttarakhand. Possesion time agreed over email was 5 months and this email is dated 29/01/2015.
Till this date there is NO POSSESION OFFERED OF VILLA. As
there is deficiency in service and on account of this refund is sought
of the deposit made.
