internet - rediffmail fails to provide lost password of my email account.

It has been 4 days i am not able to use my rediffmail account. i have email to customer service as well call them but no attention has been paid to my complain. my reference no is 011-928-783'. i have been using my email e~mail id from last 5 years. and i am unable to retrive my password.
