My name is Sathish kumar.T from Coimbatore. Booked TVS Jupiter Millennium edition and paid entire amount of vehicle on 06.0.2016 at SRI SAKTHISARADHA ENTERPRISES LLP, (Address : 1322-A, AVINASHI ROAD OPP.SUGUNA KALYANA MANDAPAM, PEELAM COIMBATORE TAMIL NADU – 641004). I found that there was error in my name (“T” was wrongly written as “D” and my father's name first letter also wrongly printed) on the booking receipt, even though i have submitted necessary id proof (pan card) . Immediately I told to Mr.Kathir (sales executive) & Mr.Giri(showroom manager ) to change the name and even I have called both through phone for the next two days and insisted and ask to verify the same. On the day of delivery (09.09.2016), again I found that the name error still exists and it has not been changed. I told to above said person to change it and they replied us that it has already changed. But on the date of registration(12.09.2016), I went to RTO office for which I have taken leave from my office (as i dint trusted Mr.Giri or Mr.Kathir of shakthi saradha) where I found that still the name error exist and immediately I called through phone of above said person, they replied that they cannot do anything now. But on that day the vehicle was not registered because of their improper follow up formalities (not pencil shaded vehicle chasis no properly) and somehow asked to register again by sending the vehicle to RTO office on 15.09.2016. They promised me that they will try to change the name before once RC form gets printed. Subsequently I have got a call from SRI SAKTHISARADHA ENTERPRISES LLP stating that they received RC(TN66 T 1711) with same name error. I have called to Mr.Kathir with a request at least now to recorrect it ,but they have overwritten the name in pen in RC book and put a round seal near that without any signature of the competent authority. When I checked in “VAHAN” site , the name is again showing wrongly in RTO site and I felt that SRI SAKTHISARADHA ENTERPRISES LLP staff's have forged the name(initial of my name ) in the RC book with round seal but the same has been not registered in RTO book and their RTO's internal database. When I called to Mrs.Vijaya bharathi(one of staff in SRI SAKTHISARADHA ENTERPRISES LLP) to send the RC copy(changed one) to my email id or to my wats app, she has not responded properly and showed her ignorance . There is no delay or problem in RTO office, as it is a mistake of the SRI SAKTHISARADHA ENTERPRISES LLP staff Mr.Kathir & Mr.Giri. Also the same error has been done in insurance copy also (Initial of my Name & not created hypothecation details of my bank as I have taken loan from my bank), but somehow I keep on insisting them to rectify and still I dint get my properly changed Insurance Copy. Please request to take immediate action against them and to rectify my name in the RC book and in Insurance copy and the same hardcopy to be ensured that it is received at my end.

I bought scootypep+ Jan 2020 our show room in thottipalayam brach sales executive mr Sathish . this year may month silencer abnormal noise inform service department come and check handover service purpose silencer problem welded work I bay 150 repee I willl asked and not accept told service man silencer spare nil 4th service I will replaced bike handover 4th service I informed silencer problem. but not replaced after two day silencer pipe fully falldown informed spare nil not run ideal conditions what I do rectified my scooty or please take return my money

I had a similar experience. Very worst customer service. They don't solve the problem. Instead they keep on dragging.
