On 25th April,2012 I paid to Bsnl through net banking a sum of Rs 220 for recharge my prepaid bsnl mobile ********72.But till now the deposited amount is not entered on the mobile.How can I approach the bsnl authority about this discrimination?

Complainant's Goal: I want my paid amount to be deposited in the mobile account.
