Vodafone India - Recharge Din't Received

Dear Sir,

This is Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, and I've recharged my vodafone mobile no: 0091-********02.
The Transcation has been sucessful and the amount has been debited from my SBI account with Vodafone Ref. No: .MSBI2********7

and the order no. is
o28587391
but I din't receive the amount in my phone and I was forced to do another recharge with order no.
o28597192 which was sucessfull.
. Please take a quick action, either refund my amount for the first recharge with order no. and the order no. is
o28587391 or make a recharge of the same amount on my above mentioned no. asap.
