Sir I have booked a train ticket from bnc to kpd on 16th jan, dep on 13th feb 2012. After making payment thru SBI Debit card and the confirmation have been received by SMS from the bank but due to internet got disconnected the ticket has not processed, Will you refund the amount or confirm the ticket
