Quickjobzz - Quickjobzz are cheating peoples on false promisses

Representative from quickjobzz collected fees from me by giving false promises, after that on rigorous follow-up, they agreed to refund the fees, last one year I am tacking follow-up. Initially I received some response from them that it is in approval process, for last 5 months they are not responding to my follow-up mail.
Kindly if possible take strong action against them, if required I can share the entire mail communication.
Now mails to all their email ID are getting bounce back.
