Respected Sir,

I am a resident of Pune, erstwhile of Ratnagiri and very happy to hear that Pune-Cochi train via Konkan rail route.

I travel to Ratnagiri every 2 months and hence thought it would be useful to use this train for travel.

I was surprised while booking for the same that ticket for Ratnagiri is not available for this ONLY train from Pune.

While Pune connection is important to south India, it is equally important that konkan people like us also get benefit from this service without paying extra amount like paying Pune-Sawantwadi for a travel of Pune-Ratnagiri.

In 700 kms of Maharashtra travel (Pune-S'wadi 707 kms), there are only 2 stops while for 400 kms of Kerala travel, there are SIX official stops.

So, for the benefit of all passangers, can you pl consider this URGENT request and make necessary changes?
