Mr. Naresh Airtel Customer Care associate on telephone is not trained well to answer queries.
My query was to know how to activate alarm service on the land phone.
He asked me for my number , i did not remember total number as it is a new connection and i asked him to tell the procedure as it had crossed midnight & i wanted to wake up early so as rto not miss my flight.
anyway i banged the phone getting irritated and told him that i will complain against him , the guy is very rude , and he was autrocious to ask me to dcomplain against him. poor guy if looses his job in this time of recession GOD only can hwelp him.
second time i called again as the need was obviously mine & the next guy explained the same thing in a very nice & pleasintg manner reg the procedures.
pls. do not take any stern action against Naresh , pls. train him.
