Godrej India - product not working our service

hello sir
i m sambhaji shine from kolhapur .i m taking a godrej whashing machine model no GMS 18M 07 WHHM date of purchese 19/10/2009 in last one year that is not working well .i have complint to our godrej office in kolhapur
he will check 3 to 4 times but not working the machine.i have complaint to godrej care centre.
so please give the action for this compalint.
