I have ordered a laptop on 1st of August, 2012. The payment was successful using Credit Card & got a confirmation email from ccavenue.

The product have not been delivered till date. Also offerbean support team neither responds to the mails or calls. Please take necessary actions and help me to get the money refund from them.
