Consumer Awareness - Product are sold on more than MRP at Raipur

In the market of Raipur I found that commodities are sold by the retailes to consumer on more than MRP if consumer argue with retailer than they show there monopoly. They replied to Customer that on such product they have no margin. Please take neccessary action to resolve other wise it will become a cancer for govt. of Chhattisgarh. As yeasterday i.e. 15th may I purchased Sprit (Cold Dirnk) MRP 52 (2 Ltr) but they sold it on 55, Fruity Rs 5/- but they sold it on 6/-.
