Idea Cellular NCR - Problems Porting from Relaince GSM to IDEA prepaid.

I applied for porting to IDEA Prepaid from REliance GSM at Idea care ( Ganesh Nagar, Delhi) on 21st January. Firstl annoying thing was that they asked me to collect the new Idea sim some other day. Then till date no porting has been done on my number (********89). Whenever i call the Idea MNP customer care they say they have no idea why this delay is happening.. and also the IDEA care personnel who took my application doesnt have any idea ( Why the hell they say " GET IDEA !!!" ).

I dont know if at all the porting would be done..!!!
