DELL India - Problem regarding the webcam n keyboard n touch pad

There is some problem regarding the webcam n i dont have webcam drivers and some problem occured in the keyboard also n the touch pad of the laptop is not working and some problem in the battery back up also. so aas soon as posible pls sortout my complaint
