Sending request for smooth operations of Mobile no ********81 since May14 ‘2010 but in vain.



And moreover a complaint was lodged thru your tele complain no 2126835 but no action was initiated



If your coordinator asks for usage of Handset then he/she sleeps after that.



If handset uses for another Sim Card company say tata-Docomo/Reliance/Vodafone then its (handset) working condition is fine & no signal problem.



And the converge area of Videocon fone sim is not available under city Panchkula-Haryana then you have launched without having proper signal/tower & not intimated to users & moreover your Agents are frequently selling Sim without informing the signal problem where can be used

Firstly, sorry because of complaint was lodged but could not inform to the user of given fone no.



And now the new connection of Mobile No ********81 is working in Chandigarh Location, this is now in Chandigarh at present



But no useful in Panchkula because every time displays the message on screen “No Coverage Area” & moreover no one can attend the incoming call & can’t make call to anyone.

I have purchased videocon v1402 mobilephone. I am not satisfied because default password for all security settings is not accessed. I dont know the reason.

I m Arsh from Phagwara Punjab.My videocon mobile no is ********95 . I want to activate internet on my no but i do not recieve settings despite of i complaint loged many times to customer care . My complaint no which i registered on 16.11.2010 is 24753289 and another complaint no is 25407944 . My experience with videocon is so bad . Please take some action on my complaint .
