Dish TV India - Poor services by Dish TV

Sir,

I have notified complaint No. 79717154 dated 2/2/12 with Dish TV for not transferring the crdeit balance lying in VC account No. 01500247987 surrendered on 12/11/2011 to new VC No. 01515808652 which was taken on 12/11/2011.

At present my connection on VC No. 01515808652 is not working and I reserve my right to move Court for deficiency in services provided by Dish TV and claim damages from your company.

My security deposit of Rs.2490/- has also not been refunded despite my repeated calls and mails to the company.
