Samsung India - Poor service. No door step service

While i purchase my laptop they told that samsung offers doorstep services. But its only one month i purchased my laptop i have a problem with mostly all of my laptop parts(DVD Drive, Battery, startup). I calle dsamsung toll free number they refused to provide doorstep service also they provided me a service center address which is 100km from my place..........
