Tata Motors - Poor service from Tata motors and tata motors finance in Bangalore

Hi Tata Motors Finance
Before i proceed with the mail, please make a note of my loan account number - 5000685049. My customer Id is 2001400628. My loan amount is Rs 1,46,000 and vehicle model is Nano STD. I bought a vehicle from Concorde motors, dairy circle, bangalore on 7th March, 2011. The finance executive at the showroom Mr Sagar and Mr Rehan Khan said to me that the EMI date of the loan would be 11th of every month starting from 11th April, 2011. I clearly mentioned that I cannot take an EMI date before that since I get my salary only after 8th of every month. They said that it would be 11th of every month starting from april. I think they lied to me so that I buy the vehicle. Today I received the loan information document in which it was mentioned that the EMI date will be 2nd of every month starting from April. What poor service is this? Is this a way to cheat customers and sell vehicles. I have heard about poor services of Concorde motors and today I got the proof of that. I submitted all documents in bank for the EMI to start from 11th of every month and now you are saying something else to me. I had already made clear with the showroom finance people about my ECS date then how can you say its 2nd of every month. I shall be complaining about such poor services of TMF and Concorde motors. You say something else while buying the car and now you say completely different thing. I shall not be paying any amount on 2nd of April and shall instruct my bank to cancel any payment to TMF until my ECS date is shifted to 11th of every month and I get a written statement of that. Am extremely annoyed with such stupid services. Wish I havent bought a car from tata motors.
