Idea Cellular - Poor service delivery of Idea Net Setter

My idea net setter num is 9164798551. I bought a net setter a year back and because of its poor performance I didnt even use it and switched to Tata Indicom Photon. Recently I took a new net setter sim, and did a recharge which cost me Rs 900 in total. I was able to use it for one day and again its not working. Some error code is showing up and its not connecting. I knew Idea has a very bad service but I got it proved twice. Had i not wasterd the money I would have bought another device from Tata. How come you manufacture a product that dont work at all. you know taking customers money but you dont deliver the service. such a poor service. i would blog about it everywhere. keep this in mind. i have wasted my money and it has no use.
