Complaint:
There were no lights at the Platform No. 3 at Railway Station Mankapur at the time of Train arrival.
Sleeper Coach labels were not put at the coaches.
Due to this I along with my son could not enter the train and fell down at platform but any how could manage to board in the GUARD's CABIN. This incidence injured knees of P.S.PAL/M/52 and injured left hand of RAJAT PAL/M/23, with major fracture in 1st & 2nd fingers. Later on surgical treatment for the same met an expenditure approximately Rs.20000.00.
Claim: This all happened because of negligence towards passengers by railway department of Mankapur Railway Station and Railway Department should bear this expenditure.

Complainant's Goal: I want compensation. Systems & Services should be made available all the times.
