HomeShope 18 - Poor Quality with wrong item delivery

I have made a purchase through online by seeing TV add bering order no ********3 on dated 25th Jan. While watching the TV add it was clearly mention that you will make payment to courier boy after checking the the product quality, quantity and the the order you have made is the same one.

But fact of the matter is that when courier boy came, he directly told me that you can not open the packet. first you have make the payment then you can proceed. I made the payment and then open the packet. I was totaly disturbed by seeing the quality of the product and the order which i have given did not match at all. They have fulfill the quantity nos.

Thefore now i am not interested in having your product. Kindly refund my money ASAp and also let me know the address where i will send your item back to you
